We take our role in securing your personal information very seriously and have outlined the following to show you what we do and don't do with your information.
When you make a booking, submit an online enquiry form or sign up to our database or newsletter, we collect all or some of the following personal information: name, email address, mailing address and phone number. We also, at times, collect information on your interests so we can better tailor any information sent to you.
By entering your information, you will be signed up to receive offers, promotions and information from GRAND Bar and Bistro. All electronic correspondence from us will include an instant unsubscribe, so you can remove yourself from our database immediately.

We will use personal information about you for a number of purposes, including:
To confirm any bookings made, or to notify you of any changes to your booking
To send you messages (including email or SMS) with information on special events promotions and offers from GRAND Bar and Bistro

DISCLOSURE AND PROTECTION OF INFORMATION
We promise to never pass on your personal details to any third party companies or organisations.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS ONLINE PURCHASE
We use NowBookit for all ticketing and purchasing. NowBookit uses a secure payment gateway that keeps your personal and payment information
safe and secure.
GRAND bar and Bistro handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of GRAND bar and Bistro.
GRAND bar and Bistro will only offer a refund for pre-payments through NowBookit if the event or booking is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly altered by The Wild Fig (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or altered event or booking), or to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law). You must apply for a refund within a reasonable time frame. GRAND bar and Bistro does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances.
Any personal information you post on our social media channels, may be used by GRAND Bar and Bistro for marketing purposes.
